Accredited Certificate and Certificate Password Management
- Certificates and Certificate passwords are used in order to confirm the identity of the user during online banking, therefore please exercise precaution so as not to leak information when managing your certificate and certificate password.. Also, refrain from sharing a certificate with others.
- If there is a concern that the certificate password may have been leaked, please change the certificate password immediately, and in cases where the certificate itself has been leaked, please discard the certificate and have a new one re-issued.
Transfer Password, Account Password Management
- The transfer password and account password are used during funds transfer transactions. They are directly linked to monetary matters. so please manage them carefully.
- If the transfer password, account password etc. has been leaked or there is concern of a leak, please change password immediately.
- If you forget the transfer password or account password, or if you enter the wrong password more than three times, you must visit your nearby branch office to process the situation, therefore please manage your passwords carefully.

Warning when creating (changing) password
- Certificate passwords, transfer passwords etc. are used during online banking. Please refrain from using numbers which are easy to infer such as serial numbers, resident numbers, phone numbers etc. Please create a password with an appropriate combination of alphabet letters and numbers. Also, change your password periodically and do not use passwords that were used before to ensure safer financial transactions.

Finishing up after using the online banking service
After using the online banking service, please logout. If not, other people can access the screen and customer information may be leaked to the public. Therefore please logout after using the online banking service.
Warnings for public PC users
When using PCs where many people have access (e.g. PC gaming rooms, public Workstations etc.), please refrain from using the online banking system. If unavoidable, please take care not to leak passwords, and exercise particular care in managing the certificate.
Check transactions regularly
Please check your account balance and transaction history regularly to monitor irregular transactions (Account Balance Inquiry, Transaction History Inquiry, Transfer History Inquiry).
